The aim of this course is for participants to gain a solid understanding of the body's circulatory system with a particular emphasis on electrical components of the heart's conduction mechanisms. 



Course objectives: 

The webcast will discuss the following specifics:

  • Discuss cardiac anatomy and physiology, as it relates to blood flow
  • Describe at the components of the circulatory system, including blood and the vessels that carry it
  • Describe the chamber structure of the heart
  • Explain the blood supply for the cardiac muscle
  • Identify the electrical components of the heart's conduction system
  • Detail the properties of cardiac cellular anatomy and physiology
