Course description: 

This module will expand your knowledge of quality management practices.  It describes the history of quality management, each element of the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle and four quality compliance systems. You will discover more about the accreditation process, the agencies that offer accreditation and discover how to apply fundamental quality principles to any health care organization.

This activity may be available in multiple formats or from different sponsors. ARRT regulations state that an individual may not repeat a self-learning activity for credit if it was reported in the same or any subsequent biennium. 



Course objectives: 

Upon completion of this module, the participant will be able to:
