What you will learn

Course description: 

In this 5-day, instructor-led course, the engineer will learn how to perform planned maintenance and basic corrective maintenance on the Zenition mobile surgery system. In addition, this course covers how to customize the system, perform adjustments, and escalate issues to the relevant support level.

The engineer will have access to a live system, and at the end of the course, will be asked to complete a hands-on demonstration of your capabilities.    

All required materials and detailed instructions are provided by your instructor.

Course objectives: 

Upon successful completion of the course the engineer will be able to:

  • Obtain and record the applicable system information
  • Determine the user’s issue: analyze the symptoms and figure out the underlying problem
  • Resolve users issues after the identification of the underlying problem is established
  • Perform planned maintenance activities
  • Escalate issues to the relevant support
  • Perform system operation
  • Customize the system
  • Install the DICOM interface
  • Exchange non software related Field Replaceable Units (FRU)
  • Perform adjustment and verification procedures
  • Perform basic corrective maintenance (run system tests and extracting logging)
