The attendee will learn technical tips on how improve the accuracy of 2D and Doppler measurements for the assessment of left ventricular relaxation and filling pressures. Challenging case studies in patients with diastolic dysfunction will be analyzed. 



Course objectives: 

•            Describe how to improve the quality of 2D and Doppler imaging for the assessment of diastolic function

•            Analyze complex cases in patients with various stages of diastolic dysfunction

•            Demonstrate a systematic echocardiographic approach to the assessment of diastolic function
