Designed for newly hired cardiac sonography program graduates and intermediate sonographers, course attendees experience a real-world accelerated mentorship program geared to quickly advance essential skill sets and knowledge base. A career-based sequential design moves attendees through aspects of outpatient trans-thoracic and stress procedures, progressing to more complex in-hospital evaluations. A wealth of case study presentations are utilized, including research protocols, maximizing Doppler evaluation, urgent care situations, and assistance in performing transesophageal echocardiography.
