Course description: 

This 2-day Lean Basics Workshop is intended for a general audience as an introduction to, and application of, basic lean tools and is the required for the Lean Foundations Certification. This course presents modules fundamental to lean methodology, providing participants a solid understanding of the basics of Lean, equipping them to become active Lean practitioners. This service is only available in a classroom environment.

The course is designed to provide participants with the necessary skills to apply and execute Lean Thinking in their day-to-day work.  It is intended to generate a cultural shift in your organizational thinking and behavior, and transform current processes and practices into identifiable and sustainable goals.  The development and acceptance of Lean behaviors are the catalyst that will drive innovation and excellence throughout your organization.
