Xper Information Management Scheduler Course

The online learning activities within the Xper Information Management Scheduler Course will harmoniously complement the Philips Application Consultant's activities. The interactive e- learning modules provide the learner with the foundational knowledge necessary to successfully use the Scheduler module.

• Display Study Scheduler.
• Display and modify the schedule view.
• Add and rename rooms.
• Create a procedure event.
• Change the view from day to week, month, year, or timeline view.
• Print a report.
• Start a case from Study Scheduler.
• View the Wait-List/Pre-Admit tabs.
• Eliminate  or avoid schedule conflicts.
• Ensure proper staff utilization.
• Limit the Staff Scheduler view to a single staff member.
• Create appointments/work hours for staff using the Staff Work Hours tool. 
• Assign staff to a particular room using the Room Staffing tool.
