Code of Conduct

Philips is committed to responsible corporate citizenship and the pursuit of a sustainable way of working. As a part of this goal, Philips expects each employee and certified professionals to perform his or her job ethically and with integrity. To that end, the Philips Ethics and Business Conduct Program defines guiding principles for acting ethically in a business context.

The Philips Healthcare Code of Conduct  reflects  our commitment to compliance, professionalism, and ethical interactions with healthcare providers. This single code is intended to make it easier and quicker for Philips employees, certified professionals, and contractors to identify appropriate and inappropriate behavior in dealings with, for example, hospitals, clinics, DME suppliers, and healthcare professionals in the USA. The Code of Conduct focuses on providing specific standards for interactions with healthcare providers.
