Course description: 

In this 3.5-day, instructor-led course, the engineer will learn to perform preventive and corrective maintenance service tasks on an EPIQ-Affiniti systems. 

Using a combination of instruction and hands-on labs, the engineer will learn about system features, functions, components and how to configure and operate the EPIQ-Affiniti systems. Disassembly and reassembly is also covered.

The engineer will have access to a live system, and at the end of the course, will be asked to complete a hands-on demonstration of your capabilities.    

All required materials and detailed instructions are provided by your instructor.

Course objectives: 

Upon successful completion of this course, the engineer will be able to:

  • Describe and differentiate the EPIQ and Affiniti products
  • Support the installation of the systems
  • Configure EPIQ and Affiniti systems
  • Operate the EPIQ and Affiniti systems
  • Describe the basic theory of operation
  • Use the First Responder tools provided with the Philips Support Center (PSC)
  • Perform basic preventative and corrective maintenance tasks
