Course description: 

In this 3.5-day, instructor-led course, the engineer will learn about performing preventive and corrective maintenance service tasks on IU22-IE33 systems.

Using a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on labs, the engineer will learn about features, functions, and components as well as how to configure and operate the IU22-IE33 systems. Disassembly and reassembly of the IU22-IE33 systems is also addressed. 

The engineer will have access to a live system, and at the end of the course, will be asked to complete a hands-on demonstration of your capabilities.    

All required materials and detailed instructions are provided by your instructor.

Course objectives: 

Upon successful completion of the course, the engineer will be able to:

  • Recognize and scan phantoms with standard views
  • Minimally operate the IU22-IE33 Ultrasound Systems
  • Isolate and repair minor IU22-IE33 systems failures
  • Run full system diagnostics (Normal User)
