Course description: 

This half day training will prepare participants for the implementation of their organization’s Telehealth program. With a focus on device installation, participants will receive an overview of the TeleStation and corresponding devices. Participants will receive enhanced training on configuration and set-up of the TeleStation, scheduling patient assignments, home installation, and patient training. Best practices for maximizing efficiency and effectiveness of Telehealth, as well as best practices for utilizing the TeleStation, will be provided.



Course objectives: 

By the conclusion of this course, the learner will be able to:


1.Describe the Telestation and Telehealth devices

2.Explain the pre-installation process, including shipping devices, configuring devices in eCC, and preparing for home installation

3.List the key steps in home installation and describe the installer role

4.Summarize patient training instructions and how to test devices in the home

5.Describe best practices in managing device inventory

6.Summarize the de-installation process and how to clean devices
